The research team first held a symposium to listen to the report on the work of the Hongdong Ecological Environment Bureau on the treatment of coal gangue in the past year. Learned in detail about the production situation of coal mines and coal washing enterprises in Hongdong County, the fate of coal gangue, the standardized management of yard construction, and the actual difficulties and problems in the management of coal gangue.

After the meeting, the research team went deep into Ganhe Coal Mine, Huipodi Coal Mine and other enterprises to investigate the situation of coal gangue treatment.

The research team fully affirmed the coal gangue treatment work in Hongdong County, and required relevant enterprises to improve their ideological understanding, highlight the key points of treatment, and formulate plans to accelerate the completion of the construction of coal gangue storage yards while doing a good job in the comprehensive treatment and utilization of coal gangue.

In addition, the research team also requested Hongdong Branch to further strengthen supervision measures, increase law enforcement, adhere to goal-oriented, precise policy implementation, and orderly promote coal gangue control work to minimize environmental hazards.
