Radio automatic curing system replace diesel forklift truck.After wet block coming out from block machine,sub shuttle carrier comes to block holder,it carry pallets with blocks automatically.Then it transit pallet with blocks to shuttle carrier.Shuttle carrier takes wet blocks to curing kiln.Sub shuttle carrier comes into kiln automatically.Then shuttle carrier come to other kiln to take other empty Sub shuttle carrier back to next cycle.It do not need waiting.
After wet blocks is ready inside kiln,sub shuttle carrier take ready blocks to another shuttle carrier.It works automatically for come in and out kiln.It improves working efficiency.
